This is my first apartment ever and it’s everything I was hoping for!! No noise problems, friendly neighbors, I feel safe, pet friendly, amazing maintenance workers!! Everything here is great!! Jaqueline and the Lamplighter team are so generous & kind! She made me feel so comfortable during the whole process!! They do so much for our apartment community, it’s just amazing!! I’ve heard horror stories at other locations on how their maintenance team never fixes anything!! I never have to worry about that here! Maintenance is always on time and repairs anything in a timely manner!!

York Plaza- Office Staff
My husband and I knew we felt at home at York Plaza when we were all settled in our two bedroom apartment. We love that it is a quiet place to live, our neighbors are friendly, and the maintenance guys are great! We have enjoyed having the walking paths and the shopping so convenient. I do believe our favorite part is how much we like our office staff. They have worked hard to meet our needs and answer questions. Or just talk for a few minutes.
As we are in the month of “love”, think about how you could make a difference in someone’s day, an extra minute of conversation? A compliment? Or maybe just a simple smile. We need to stick together and look out for one another in our community.
York Plaza- This is Home
We moved back to MN after being gone 4 years, selling our big house and ready to find an apartment. We knew we wanted to live in Edina so we checked out a couple of lovely new apartment complexes. But as soon as we walked into York Plaza we knew we were ‘home’! From the first meeting with the staff to friendly residents speaking as we were checking things out to the spaciousness of the apartment itself and the beautiful view out our windows we have felt like we are on permanent vacation status – living in a place we would have paid a tour company to bring us. From the beautiful grounds of York Plaza itself to the fact we can walk virtually any place we need to – lake, mall, Starbucks, grocery shopping, restaurants and the list goes on. We hope we never have to move again – and after 23 moves all around the country THIS is home!!
Woodridge- Great Place to Live!
We have lived in Woodridge for two years, and we love many things about it. The maintenance and office staff are friendly, kind, and efficient. The apartment is generally well cared for, with everything at a functional level and some things at a really great level. Our unit is really great for the price. The location is awesome, with access to major roads, a quick walk to Eagan Community Center, and a short drive to great restaurants. A wide variety of people from many different backgrounds lives here, and everyone is friendly to one another. Overall, no complaints – it’s been a good two years!
Southwest Gables is amazing!
I just moved in yesterday and I absolutely love it here. Met quite a few of my neighbors and they are very friendly. Management is excellent. My apartment and view is outstanding. Plan on staying for years.
Stonehill: Location And Amenities
Great staff, prompt service, friendly neighbors, excellent location, and awesome amenities. I would recommend Stonehill to any of my family and friends looking for a nice apartment, it’s where I call home.
Greenfield: Great Apartments for the Price, Amenities and Amazing Staff!!
It is a great place to live with friendly neighbors, decent amenities and a very attentive staff. Stuartco is constantly updating and maintaining the grounds, a representation they care about the complex, and this care trickles all the way to the quick and friendly maintenance for little things in each apartment (ie- getting a closet door back on track). The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet wooded area, extremely close to all the beautiful bike paths the metro area has to offer, yet incredibly accessible to major freeways and key places throughout the twin cities. It is about a 15-20 minute drive downtown, and to the Minneapolis/St. Paul airport. Also close to good restaurants and decent shopping. Greenfield really is a little gem in the heart of the Southwest metro!
