Wow, what a fantastic community I absolutely love it here. We felt so welcomed when we moved in. The staff in the building and leasing office are great people. Very responsive and helpful and very professional. Neighbors are friendly and there’s a good mix of people. The amenities are fantastic as well. Love the pool and party room. And super cool to have access to a canoe, bikes, etc. Being on the park and the lake is a HUGE bonus. The gym is actually super nice unlike most places and there are even free group fitness classes which is totally awesome. The apartment was spotless and absolutely perfect when we moved in. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience here.

You simply can’t beat the location! The staff members are friendly, attentive & will even walk your dog! Modern amenities such as a massage room on site, rooftop lounge and updated appliances. Highly recommend this property!

We love living at The View. The apartments are well maintained, in a great location, and managed by a fantastic staff! This has been an amazing experience and I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone.
Coachman Trails: Moving Here Was the Best Decision I Ever Made
I moved here from Montana. The staff is great. Maintenance takes care of every issue that comes up right away. Underground parking is fantastic and I have never had to worry about my car or my motorcycle in the garage. They have a great workout room, nice pool table and even a nice computer room. All the neighbors say Hi when we run into each other. The utilities are way less than I thought they would be here in this cold state. The apartment stays very comfortable all winter. I have to say, I love living here.
Woodridge: I Love Living At Woodridge
The staff here truly cares about the property and the people that live here. The management has their doors always open to hear suggestions or resolve problems. Stacey Miller our property manager is incredible. She wants to hear from people no matter what the issue is and she does resolve the issues extremely fast or if you just want to stop in and chat. Our maintenance people are very knowledgeable and repair things fast and correctly the first time. In the last year there have been so many improvements. One such improvement is they are replacing windows and patio doors and they are absolutely fantastic. The windows reduce the noise and keep heat in when it’s cold. I love the community atmosphere. We have Christmas parties and assorted other parties. The amenities are great. We have a super clean and warm pool, exercise room is clean and has a variety of machines and there is a play room for little kids. It’s a family friendly building and I feel the people here watch out for each other. Thank you Stuart Co for turning this building around 100% since you took over. I am PROUD to call Woodridge my home and I would recommend it to all my friends.
Heritage Landing: Great Amenities, great staff, and great location!
Two blocks walking distance from anything and everything! The phenomenal staff sets up monthly calendars with outings, happy hours, book clubs, play dates, dog walking club, and movie nights….etc. Underground parking is always wonderful and the washer/dryer in unit is fantastic!!!!
Carver Lake: Fantastic Community To Live In!

Woodridge: Fantastic
Its more of a family, caring atmosphere. The team of Stuart Co really makes living in an apartment more like living in a house but with all the benefits of apartment. Its an very special place to live. words just don’t do it justice.
Eagle Creek: Great Staff and Great Location
Pros: I love my townhouse, the office staff is fantastic, I have wonderful neighbors, and the location is perfect. Cons: If something is broken, fix it yourself because it will take maintenance a long time to take care of it, and they will more than likely screw it up or break something else trying to fix the original problem.
