I have only been here 3 months, but I would recommend this place to anyone. The residents and staff alike have all been friendly and very helpful. When I’ve needed something fixed in my apartment, the staff have been on top of it right away. There is just a real sense of community and home here which you wouldn’t expect due to the vast size of the complex. Keep up the excellent work and thank you for making me feel so welcome.
When we initially looked at the apartment building, Liz gave us a tour. We have now lived here for almost a year, and Liz has bent-over-backwards to make this an enjoyable place to live for us. She greets us in the hallways, returns our emails extremely fast, and sends the maintenance man quickly to our apartment if we are ever in need of having something fixed. No matter what the issue has been (and there haven’t been many) she has always been so cheerful and helpful, and she has really made this a great place for us to live. Not only has she been very approachable if there is ever a problem, but she has been a cheerful person to talk to, and always asks how we are enjoying our apartment. Every apartment complex needs a leasing agent like Liz!
It is almost like living in countryside. There are trails, parks, and lakes minutes away. Shopping is close. It is quiet. Staff are friendly and maintenance response is unbelievable.
Excellent property
We are empty-nesters and relocated to One Southdale Place early 2015. I was initially concerned about the size of our space being less than 1000 ft.² after leaving our 3000 square-foot home, however with the wonderful layout and floor-to-ceiling windows it feels much larger. There are plenty of cabinets and closets spaces. I am so happy that our traditional furniture fit so nicely into the space. I initially thought we would need to buy more contemporary furniture but didn’t need to replace any of our former items. The people are so friendly the security is excellent the complementary yoga classes are fun and the community areas including the gym are beautiful. The maintenance staff is attentive and respectful. Looking forward to spring so we can use the grills and summer so we can enjoy the pool and the rooftop deck.
Living at Highland Ridge is a wonderful place to live. The building is kept up and cleaned very nicely and it is like being at a hotel. The new management at Highland Ridge has gone above and beyond to make living here enjoyable. I have had a few great experiences working with Robin in the office – she has been helpful, professional and very responsive. Also, they do a great job keeping the building up-to-date, clean, smelling fresh and most importantly, safe. I have not had to worry about anything apartment related since I moved in and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to live in a nice apartment. The other residents are all friendly and I have not had any issues with any of my neighbors.
I have lived at Highland Ridge for four years. I have never lived in a better place than Highland Ridge. The facility is terrific, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the amenities are great. I highly recommend Highland Ridge as a wonderful place to live.
Outstanding location for walking, biking and shopping. The York Plaza has excellent amenities and very prompt and professional maintenance service. Building underground garage is very nice to have available.
Hassle free living
I’ve been here for many years and haven’t wanted to leave due to the excellent service I’ve received. The building is kept extremely clean at all times, which is a big plus. The office personnel, Jodi and Melanie are very professional, friendly and know exactly what to do if service is needed. Love the way they have the phone calls set up to let residents know if the building is having a party or there is repair to the parking lot, etc. No surprises – that’s what residents like. That phone system has been in place since Melanie started and thank you to her. The maintenance, Jack and Tony, are the absolute best at everything, and always happy to do what it takes. By the way, so glad Jack has come back to Northpointe.
