After a shift in my life path, I found myself eager to move from rural NE Wisconsin back to city living. I knew I would need to live in an apartment to swing that goal. Finding one that could accommodate my pets and me in comfort was a challenge. NorthPointe hit all but one of my needs (location to my office) and even that one is not bad, just further than I wanted. The entire staff has been very welcoming and any maintenance requests I have had have been handled cheerfully and efficiently. I very much enjoy the property and the amenities and find this place a terrific value.

Southwest Gables: Awesome Place to Live
An awesome place to live. Office staff is very helpful and willing to help in any way. Maintenance staff is very efficient and happy to help even in after-hour needs. Building caretakers are very polite and maintains a clean beautiful building. I would recommend this home community to everyone. It is like a big family.
Woodridge: Great Place to Live
My husband and I will have spent one year at Woodridge and we really enjoyed it. We lived on the first floor and the only complaint that we had was that we lived next to the workout room which could be loud at weird times of night, and we could hear our neighbors above us pretty clearly, but overall we loved living here. There is a family-like feel that we had with many of our neighbors, who were always willing to help out or just chat with you! The staff is helpful and friendly. Any question we had they would answer quickly and efficiently. We also really have appreciated the maintenance staff and all their hard work. Any problem we had was fixed quickly and correctly. We liked that we had a parking space in the garage, and that we never had to fight for outside parking with our other vehicle. We bought a puppy during our time with Woodridge and were so appreciative of the compassion and help that the staff showed. This is a very dog friendly apartment and I would encourage that if you like dogs, or have a dog, to call this place your home. Thank you Woodridge for the last year, and helping us call this complex our home!
E Street Flats: Convenient
Management and maintenance are timely and pleasant. Very convenient for living an efficient student life! The kitchens are slightly small, but overall the apartments are spacious.
Greenfield: Nice Place To Live
The managing crew is helpful and the maintenance people are efficient. It’s a nice place to live.
York Plaza: Comfortable, Friendly Staff, Good Neighbors, Up-to-Date Amenities, Quick Maintenance Response.
I would suggest it was a quiet neighborhood with large, comfortable apartments and common areas. The office staff is friendly, efficient and professional. The housekeeping staff is responsive to resident needs. The maintenance staff is quick to respond, friendly, and results-orientated. The shared facilities … such as the pools, weight and exercise areas, party room, business center and outside grounds … are kept in top shape year-round. Residents interact well; they are friendly and helpful towards one another, though there is a diverse cultural and ethnicity mix. I have lived here for over 15 years and have always found York Plaza well-suited for my needs and those of my family.
Deer Ridge: Very Good Job
Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. All gets taken care of fast and efficient. Love living here and would definitely renew our lease!
Highland Ridge: Well Maintained, Quiet, Friendly People and Staff
We just moved here in May but we already love living here. The staff and other residents are friendly. The staff responds to maintenance concerns quickly and efficiently.
