I just wanted to write a quick review about Courtney Schoenberger. Courtney was very professional, kind, and courteous and answered all of our questions, some even before we asked. She wrote down everything we need to know about price and floor plans before we went to tour the homes. After looking at several other places it was awesome to have the DeerRidge information in one place this was something other leasing agents had not done for us. Thank you again Courtney for all of your help.

The area is very convienent to major highways and shopping centers. It’s quiet living close to a big city. Deer Ridge staff are nice and easy to deal with and address problems immediately. I would highly recommend Deer Ridge!

I have not rented in a long time – and I apprieciate the ability to having been able to keep my pets – but I think the rent is high enough without charging rent for the animals. It does not cost the complex to keep them warm or cool.
