My husband and I (and our dog and cat), moved in over the weekend. We are really glad we were finally able to make the dates and availability work. Jodi, Krista and Jeff could not have made this easier. Northpointe is a great value and wonderful amenities. The various people we’ve met as we moved in answered any little logistical questions we had. We feel welcomed. We love our place and plan to be in the NorthPointe community a long time.

We lived in one of the 3-bedroom town homes for two years. You absolutely can’t beat the price for all the space you get. Amazing location in an awesome little downtown, excellent maintenance & office staff. The pet-friendliness was a must have for us. Wonderfully diverse community, lots of young families (i.e. many kids around but are friendly and well-behaved).
Park Glen- Wonderful time living here
I have had a wonderful time living at Park Glen. Quiet, safe, and good value. I felt management listened to concerns and questions, and continue to strive to improve the community. I am sad to move, wish I would have moved here years ago before buying a house. Thank you Park Glen for providing such a comfortable home!
One Southdale Place- Friendly, Cooperative, Professional
I have been living here for over 8 months now and couldn’t have been more satisfied! The staff is very friendly, cooperative and professional. I moved from NYC and all my stuff arrived before I did and the staff was kind enough to get all the big and heavy moving boxes delivered up to my apartment (they did ask me for authorization first). The neighbors are also very nice and friendly. It’s more like a family community and they do not make you feel like an outsider at all. The apartments are nice and clean and maintenance requests are attended to promptly, if not the same day. It also has the most convenient locations and has 24 hr groceries, pharmacies coffee shops etc right across the street.
Moving here was probably one of the best decisions I made when I decided to move to Minneapolis!
Southwest Gables- It’s Good to be Home
After over 15 years of living here I do consider this my home. The staff have become almost family. they are always considerate of your wants in all aspects of living in the complex. If you ask for something to be done it is done or a valid reason is given for its exclusion. The complex leaves very little to want for as it is and upgrades to existing facilities are usually in progress. I don’t think for the money you will find any better community and the staff are not replaceable. Again it is HOME with FAMILY.
The View- Best Community We’ve Lived In!
My fiancé and I have lived at The View at Long Lake for 3 years now, and we just couldn’t be happier with the community, staff, and apartment. Unfortunately my fiancé received military orders, so we are leaving this summer. However, this apartment community is SO amazing that they put together a going away party for everyone that was leaving around this time. The staff came as well. This is truly a unique place to live. Just please, if you do come here, make sure you treat it like your own 🙂
430 Oak Grove- Beautiful!
The building is beautiful, quiet and in a great location across the street from Loring Park (with several great restaurants and the Walker in the neighborhood as well). There is a wonderful sense of community and an opportunity to engage in 430 Oak Grove hosted events throughout the year to meet others that live in the building, as desired. Great experience living there for the past few years!
Welcome Home!
I have only been here 3 months, but I would recommend this place to anyone. The residents and staff alike have all been friendly and very helpful. When I’ve needed something fixed in my apartment, the staff have been on top of it right away. There is just a real sense of community and home here which you wouldn’t expect due to the vast size of the complex. Keep up the excellent work and thank you for making me feel so welcome.
We Love Living at The View
Wow, what a fantastic community I absolutely love it here. We felt so welcomed when we moved in. The staff in the building and leasing office are great people. Very responsive and helpful and very professional. Neighbors are friendly and there’s a good mix of people. The amenities are fantastic as well. Love the pool and party room. And super cool to have access to a canoe, bikes, etc. Being on the park and the lake is a HUGE bonus. The gym is actually super nice unlike most places and there are even free group fitness classes which is totally awesome. The apartment was spotless and absolutely perfect when we moved in. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience here.
Superb Staff
I love living here — I’m going on 26 years and have to say our current staff is the best since I have lived here. Our Property Manager, Steve, and Assistant Property Manager, Jill, do everything they can to make Stonehill a great place to live. Steve is the first PM I have seen walking the property to see what needs repaired or improved and what is going on. Jill is right there to answer any questions or will look for the answer if she doesn’t have an immediate answer. The maintenance staff is great! Its great having them working to continue to make Stonehill a great community to live.
