Everything is kept up well and taken care of. The 24-hour fitness room is a huge plus. It is not hard to find parking. It’s close to everything, but you are still around nature and parks. The laundry hours are nice, too. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Hopkins Plaza: Great Location, Great Staff
It’s quiet and management is responsive. The neighborhood is great and it is so close to so many things. Plus it’s just a hop to the freeway system.
Greenfield: Great Apartments for the Price, Amenities and Amazing Staff!!
It is a great place to live with friendly neighbors, decent amenities and a very attentive staff. Stuartco is constantly updating and maintaining the grounds, a representation they care about the complex, and this care trickles all the way to the quick and friendly maintenance for little things in each apartment (ie- getting a closet door back on track). The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet wooded area, extremely close to all the beautiful bike paths the metro area has to offer, yet incredibly accessible to major freeways and key places throughout the twin cities. It is about a 15-20 minute drive downtown, and to the Minneapolis/St. Paul airport. Also close to good restaurants and decent shopping. Greenfield really is a little gem in the heart of the Southwest metro!
Hopkins Plaza: The Apartment is Very Nice
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The townhome is very nice and quiet. Parking leaves something to be desired and the grounds look tacky but the neighborhood seems nice enough. Connecting to the freeways is very easy and close from here.
Heritage Landing: Convenient, Great Location, Cool Warehouse Vibe, Feels Like Home
I love living here – it is extremely convenient and in the perfect location in downtown – far enough away from all the bustle but still close enough to walk to work. I love the vibe of the North Loop neighborhood and Heritage Landing feels like home. The staff is very helpful and nice, even when I bother them alot with questions. In terms of negatives, I think the bathrooms and kitchens need to be updated (becoming slightly outdated compared to other luxury buildings I have been in) and the cream carpet is really hard to take care of. I would also love a pool, since alot of luxury buildings are now offering these.
Woodridge: Testimonial
My wife and I have lived here for over three years now and no reasons or plans to leave soon. The staff is always pleasant and very attentive. The place is well cared for, always clean and maintenance requests are handled immediately. We are close to EVERYTHING in Eagan and the big cities but our neighborhood is very quiet.
Heritage Landing: Not Cheap, But Great Place To Live
It’s great. Tons of amenities including a great rooftop, underground parking, big apartments with tall ceilings. The staff is helpful, accessible, and responsive. The location is incredible. Heritage Landing is so close to the business and nightlife parts of downtown yet also in a quiet area with very easy access to the river, parks, and St. Anthony Main and Northeast Minneapolis.
Coachman Trails: So Far, So Good
very nice area, close to many things, tho buildings are old, the upkeep seems pretty good (only been here a couple weeks tho so still taking it all in) The staff are very friendly and helpful.
York Plaza: Very Pleased to Live Here
That it is a very quiet place. Friendly staff who respond quickly to questions and requests. Close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and excellent access to freeways and highways .
Lamplighter Village: Great Community Living
Great place to live, close to bus line and convenience store.
