Feel pretty safe here. The property managers are extremely kind here and you know that they care for the people who live here. They get creative and throw little events for everyone to get together which is nice. I haven’t had any problems but I know if I did I can easily talk to them and they would get on it ASAP. They clean regularly which is a plus. Everyone who lives here is nice and laid back. Favorite thing about my apartment is the decks, I love there there’s trees and plants in the middle walkway and that there’s a tree right by my deck. Definitely felt at home in these apartments.

Woodstone- Couldn’t be happier
I couldn’t be happier…I searched for an affordable place close to the airport, and finally settled on Woodstone! Love the location, landscaping, amenities…staff is great and very responsive…maintenance requests, while few have been responded to within hours, including the replacement of my garbage disposal, which was done less than 4 hours after I mentioned it! Although it is an older wood framed building, it is relatively quiet, the neighbors have been friendly and mostly very reserved, I know that I will enjoy the underground/indoor parking in the winter…huge decks…the community grill has been well maintained despite almost nightly use since I’ve been here, and they replaced the older one with a new one just recently! There have been no “surprises” like in other complexes where I have rented…they genuinely care about taking care of and pleasing the tenants! The best thing is it didn’t take long for the management staff to know me by name! Check it out, I think you would be very pleased!
Southwest Gables- Awesome Staff
This is by far one of the best places to live in Omaha. The staff is just a super group of folks that care, not just about their jobs but the people that live here. They always have time to listen no matter how busy, I just can’t say enough about the folks here.
Genesee- Best Place I’ve Ever Lived!
I love living at Genesee! Moving here is the best decision I ever made. I love everything about Genesee, including the unit I live in, pool, rooftop, business center, free coffee/tea bar, party room, free yoga classes, my balcony, etc. I also love living in this area! I can walk 10 steps out of my front door to get to Fresh Thyme, great outdoor patios in the area, my work is across the street, and it’s a central location to St. Paul and Minneapolis. The staff really cares about every resident. When I didn’t find the perfect unit for my roommate and me, they invited us back a month later to look at more options instead of pressuring us to sign a lease for something we weren’t completely in love with. Thankfully we found the perfect unit because I can’t imagine living anywhere else!
One Southdale Place: One Of A Kind
One Southdale is One of a kind. Classy, comfortable, close to everything, caring and very kind concierge staff, most importantly this is truly a home you like coming home to and having others visit. Great choice for any age to call home.
York Plaza: Awesome Place To Live!
This is the best place to Live in Edina! You have Centennial Lakes, Super Target, DMV office, Cub Foods, YMCA and plenty of other things in close walking distance. Management is one of the best i have seen so far, and they are prompt and caring. The community has one of the best party rooms with a home theater, pool table, and pretty big size dinning area. It also offers an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and gym area. 1 Bed Room Apartment is pretty decent size ( 900 Sq Ft) and noise is almost 0 with the Concrete Walls. I highly recommend this apartment.
E-Street Flats: Amazing Community, Great Amenities, So Convenient!
Some of the benefits of living at E Street are the kind and professional staff, the excellent apartment layouts and the large parking lot. I appreciate the common areas and I have met a lot of other residents going to school, just like me.

York Plaza: Exactly What Luxury Apartment Living Should Be!
I like the quietness and solidness of the building. I like that the staff is so caring, friendly and knowledgeable. I love that every flake of snow is gone on all the sidewalks. I am truly amazed and impressed. I like that they run these buildings as if they were their own homes. I love that!
Lamplighter Village: I Hope To Stay Here For A Very Long Time
I think the big difference here is that the staff generally cares about the complex, its appearance, safety is very important. The staff is always around doing something. The building is kept very clean, the grounds are looking good after a very long winter. In the winter the walks were always done in the early morning( from edge to edge, very nice). The parking lot it always plowed promptly.
