If you are a renter, it doesn’t get any better than Remington Cove Apartments. This property is brand new, they keep it super clean, and the staff is so kind and considerate to the residents. I am so proud to call this my home! Thank you Catherine, Robin, Jonathan, and Alfonzo for all that you do to make this such a fabulous place to call home.

Remington Cove- Love It!
From the second I did a walk through, I knew this was home. Everything is new, up to date, quiet and perfect! The work out room is bigger than most apartments, the community room is a great place to host get togethers. The staff and maintenance truly care about this property and their tenants! I’m so happy I moved here, It’s a place I’m proud to call home!
Genesee: So Far… So Good
I’ve been at Genesee for three months so far and have found that the pros are: – Extremely convenient location – Nice-looking apartments with stainless appliances and a smooth-top range as well as full size He washer and dryer – Concierge with services such as in-apartment package and dry cleaning delivery – Self-service car wash – Well-maintained units and grounds – State-of-the-art fitness room – Professional staff Cons: – Walls are paper-thin – It seems that one-bedroom apartments are not necessarily only for one or two individuals – Apartments are small in relation to cost of rent – Lack of storage space I have mostly enjoyed my first three months at Genesee. I was worried that they allow small dogs but I haven’t noticed any “accidents” in the common areas nor been bothered by any barking. For the convenience and for having a “brand new” apartment, I recommend it.
