Moved in 3/1/15. The staff is wonderful! They are kind, helpful and friendly. When I moved in the apartment was sparkling and smelled great…a quality I had a hard time finding in pet friendly apartments. I love the big balcony and spacious rooms. The handle on the toilet was almost broken when I moved in, I called and that same day the maintenance came to fix it! There is a full-time grounds keeper and I am looking forward to seeing all the kids at the pool this summer! This is a family (including furry family) friendly complex. It is conveniently located…on busline. Close to shopping. Etc. Although this is an inner-city type of complex and some of the surrounding neighborhood is poor and run-down. Lamplighter Village is a little diamond in the rough, in my opinion. It is not high-end but it is clean, lovely and well maintained And Affordable! The residents are a mixture of friendly working class/family/young professionals and I love the diversity. Yep, Romeo and I already love it here! I think I made a good choice for my English Bulldog & me and I would recommend to friends.

Southwest Gables: Awesome Place to Live
An awesome place to live. Office staff is very helpful and willing to help in any way. Maintenance staff is very efficient and happy to help even in after-hour needs. Building caretakers are very polite and maintains a clean beautiful building. I would recommend this home community to everyone. It is like a big family.
Parkside: Spacious Studio
I’ve lived in a studio here at parkside for almost a year now. I have a quen size bed, big couch and 6 person dinning room table with lots of walking space. For the price, this studio cannot be beat.
Heritage Landing: Not Cheap, But Great Place To Live
It’s great. Tons of amenities including a great rooftop, underground parking, big apartments with tall ceilings. The staff is helpful, accessible, and responsive. The location is incredible. Heritage Landing is so close to the business and nightlife parts of downtown yet also in a quiet area with very easy access to the river, parks, and St. Anthony Main and Northeast Minneapolis.
Woodridge: Very Friendly Staff, Seem To Be On Top Of Every Issue Quickly
So far I am very pleased! The staff is great and very proffessional. They make everything easy for you. It’s located in a very nice area and the apartments are very big and maintained.
