Clean, quiet apartments. Staff is friendly and attentive, especially Sylvia. Nice amenities and grounds, and close to EVERYTHING. Location is wonderful. Maintenance is quick to respond, and they do good work. We have been very happy here for 4 years.

Just reaching out to express how invaluable Tabitha Lane has been to my mother and me, making Southwest Gables a remarkable experience. Tabitha is superbly organized and knowledgeable, but more importantly, a concerned listener. While Tabitha handles the day to day management tasks with poise, what really impresses me is the way she steps in to solve problems. From coaching me through online bill-pay, to clarifying storage questions, to providing notary public services, she creates positive outcomes in an environment of thoughtful engagement and concern. This level of attention is unprecedented for me, and I would encourage future residents to share this experience for themselves.
Parkside – Attention to Detail is The Order of The Day!
Having lived at Parkside at Medicine Lake for over 7 years, I’ve come to believe that the management staff we currently have is the best team imaginable. Attention to detail is the order of the day here, always. When people ask me where I live, I tell them that I live in a luxurious apartment building in an upscale community. I love it here and appreciate the folks who make this house my home.
A Great Place to Call Home
I recently entered my second year living at The View, and I couldn’t be happier with the amenities and comfort. The location and management are good as well. In searching for apartments around the area, The View’s modern building stood out, and after seeing the interior, I wasn’t disappointed. Granite countertops, high ceilings, fresh carpeting, washer and dryer in unit, ample storage space… I could go on and on about what sets this place apart from other apartments in the area. The location of the apartment is ideal in that Long Lake Regional Park is literally next door, but with recent construction in the area, the noise and traffic makes this location not total 5-star worthy. Management is usually great; there was a change in staff over the summer and I think some balls were dropped during the transition, but as a whole, management has been attentive. Maintenance is AWESOME, and whenever I place a work request, maintenance handles the issue that same day. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone without hesitancy. Yes, it’s pricey, but you get what you pay for: a comfortable place to call “home”.
High Quality Care
The townhomes are perfect for a small family or couple, with all the amenities you need. We absolutely love how helpful, attentive and understanding the maintenance and staff people are. They are quick to solve problems and make sure you are taken care of. One time I locked my keys in my garage on a Saturday afternoon and the maintenance man came and unlocked the garage for us within half an hour! We have never experienced the quality of care that Eagle Creek has provided anywhere else.

Woodstone: Wonderfully Attentive and Caring Staff, Beautiful Grounds, Respectful Neighbors
Beautiful! The groundskeeper does an amazing job maintaining the landscape to be truly reminiscent of the woods. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. The neighbors are quiet and respectful yet friendly. There are many opportunities to participate in community events that are unintrusive to those who opt not to participate. These include anything from yoga to game nights to movie nights in the party room to door decorating contests during the holidays. The location is great! A couple blocks away from a huge park by the river and 2 minutes from the highway. I live farther from my work that I typically like to, however, when I here I feel comfortable and at home. I love it here.
