We’ve lived here since construction was finished! At the time it was supposed to be temporary, and here we are almost four years later. The apartments are amazing, but what really sets Genesee apart is the staff. They go out of their way to do little extras for our kids, and are so quick to assist, should we ever need anything for our apartment. And the amenities are so great – the gym and onsite yoga are my personal faves!
Genesee- Great experience
Lived here for a year and our experience was great. Nice neighborhood, great amenities, amazing staff, spacious, good quality on appliances, to name a few. We never experienced anything negative (which is uncommon as there is always a little something). We’re missing this place already; Kudos to the staff!
Coachman Trails- Great place to live
Great place to live. Moved in after downsizing and this place is almost perfect. Great staff…maintenance is always done quickly on minor things. Pool is fantastic. Underground parking is a great thing. I’d highly recommend Coachman to any friend looking for a nice apartment complex with overall great neighbors and solid amenities.
One Southdale Place- Love it!
Love it!! The Assistant Manager was wonderful helping us find an apartment. We had been looking online and it was her friendliness and welcoming personality that sold us from the beginning. Everything went seamlessly. Adam and Dan have been helpful and never seem bothered by my questions. The Property Director actually knew my name the first day when I saw her in the hall. Since there are a lot of people here I was really taken back. The maintenance staff are meticulous! They are prompt, thorough and friendly. Edwardo is very quick and accurate very respectful and friendly. The Supervisor personally came to install shower bars for us (due to an upcoming surgery.) The Caretakers are always working hard have such a nice attitude smiling all the time they must really enjoy their work and it shows.
The place is really clean! My husband and I are very impressed overall. The apartments are really nice and spacious, higher ceilings, subway tile back splash, and nice wide dark stained base.
I love the rooftop deck and lounge, panoramic views of the city, the movie room and club room and many other amenities. The club room can be rented out for private parties. There are too many amenities and events to mention. I thought I was in heaven when I saw the Starbucks machine available for residents.
The fitness center is laid out quite well with space between equipment. They supply mats and kettle Bells, medicine balls and hand weights. The equipment is in good shape. There is a space to stretch or do your own thing on a mat. They have free Pilates and Body Sculpting as well as Yoga on the roof.
They do allow pets and if you have a furry one there are some grassy areas all around the building and the park is just two blocks away and the community has other dogs to socialize with. I never hear barking dogs.
The Underground Parking is FREE~ Nice! We are surrounded by stuff and things to do in all directions. I wouldn’t know where to start or stop if I commented on all there is available here. This is one of the main reasons we chose this community over any other. Almost everything is walkable. Right next door to Southdale Mall right across from Cub Foods and on the other side of the Galleria a 2 minute walk. On foot you can get to Super Target in about 7 minutes and the entrance to Centennial Park in about 10.
Heritage Landing- So happy with the experience
I have lived at Heritage Landing for a year, and I am so happy with the experience. The best part about Heritage Landing is the location. Blocks from the river, quiet, and very safe. They have over 25 floor plans. The amenities are priceless, the rooftop is arguably the best view of the DT Minneapolis skyline, and the staff host fun social events. Heritage Landing was built 15 years ago, and the other properties in the area are more “modern”. I chose Heritage Landing because the furnishings did not feel like cheap plastic, and it has a unique character compared to the rest of the “cookie-cutter” complex’s in the North Loop/Warehouse District. I highly recommend Heritage Landing for someone moving to Minneapolis.
Carver Lake Townhomes- Perfect place for a family
This is our second year living here and we love it just as we loved the first day we moved in. Here everything is well taken care of, beautiful, calm, neighbors are nice, safe place…Amenities are great and we can get busy here. Stores are super close too. I can`t say enough good places about here and we plan to stay here for 3 more years or until we can buy our home.
Genesee- I love living here, it really is home
I moved in about six months ago and it has really been a great experience. The amenities make me feel like I am living in a resort, but the staff makes me feel like I am part of a family. I love that I can walk to many places and the location allows me to get to almost anywhere in the Twin Cities. The building is quite quiet for how large it is and it is maintained very well. I’d recommend it to anyone!
Remington Cove- Nice, modern living space
Nice, modern living space with all the amenities you could want. Friendly and clean community, very courteous and very attentive staff members, and close to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. You just can’t beat the looks and location of Remington Cove!!!
Carver Lake- Love Living Here
I have lived here with my fiancé for about a year now. We love living here! It’s a very nice town home with great amenities within the community. The staff is very prompt when there are any issues and so kind when they are in our home. I love the layout of our home and we are lucky to be on a corner unit to give us more space!
NorthPointe- Highly recommend
The staff of NorthPointe Apartments have made my transition from homeowner to lease tenant very smooth. The building and grounds are extremely well kept and the staff always willing to help with any request. I love the amenities of this place as well. I highly NorthPointe to anyone looking for a rental community.
