I love it- they have events every month, and they really bring the whole Park Glen community together. They’re helpful when you need help. All their amenities are nice, up to date. I love living here and I feel safe here as well.
I’m in to my second year at Coachman. I really like the place and the staff are great. IF you have an issue they will address right away. Great amenities and cleaning staff is working all the time to keep the building looking great. I highly recommend Coachman Trails. I lived in the 1305 building my first year; great tenants but it’s the dog building (I love dogs) so its’ a great place for dogs. I moved to the 1405 building and it’s also great. I moved to get into a unique corner 2 Bedroom. Both buildings are awesome.
I am always impressed by the management team and their follow up with residents about any concerns. I really enjoy living at NorthPointe and always tell people how impressively well maintained it is, and how responsive all the staff are. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue it has been addressed immediately. I love all the facilities especially the gym, indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and the heated underground parking is the icing on the cake! Thank you to all the staff for all your commitment and hard work!
Beautifully updated apartment complex. It is located in the middle of a well maintained, park-like rental neighborhood; about 8 minutes southeast of the Highland Park Village. The apartments are modern and spacious. The prices may be higher in comparison to the neighboring apartment buildings, but the amenities are spectacular (indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, business center, small theater and party room… just to name a few). Did I mention the in-unit stackable washer/dryers? The staff is kind and helpful. The inner courtyard seems like a wonderful place to read a book. There a surface parking lots available for no extra cost, but there is also the option of underground garage spots for a fee (depending on availability).
I looked at a lot of apartments in the area. And I’m glad I chose this one. The leasing staff was incredibly professional and friendly. Always able to answer questions I had about the property. The maintenance guys are always quick at fixing any issue on the grounds. All the staff are helpful beyond what should be expected and are always smiling. This place has all the amenities I wanted in a property and does not disappoint. Very reasonably priced.
Clean, quiet apartments. Staff is friendly and attentive, especially Sylvia. Nice amenities and grounds, and close to EVERYTHING. Location is wonderful. Maintenance is quick to respond, and they do good work. We have been very happy here for 4 years.
I have lived at Heritage Landing for a year, and I am so happy with the experience. The best part about HL is the location. Blocks from the river, quiet, and very safe. They have over 25 floor plans. The amenities are priceless, the rooftop is arguably the best view of the DT Minneapolis skyline, and the staff host fun social events. Heritage Landing was built 15 years ago, and the other properties in the area are more “modern”. I chose HL because the furnishings did not feel like cheap plastic, and it has a unique character compared to the rest of the “cookie-cutter” complex’s in the North Loop/Warehouse District. I highly recommend Heritage Landing for someone moving to Minneapolis.
