We’ve lived here since construction was finished! At the time it was supposed to be temporary, and here we are almost four years later. The apartments are amazing, but what really sets Genesee apart is the staff. They go out of their way to do little extras for our kids, and are so quick to assist, should we ever need anything for our apartment. And the amenities are so great – the gym and onsite yoga are my personal faves!

One Southdale Place
We have been residents since the 1st of June 2016. Since moving into the building, the StuartCo staff has been amazing and the building is impeccable. The property is managed more like a high-end resort, and the staff service and “can-do” attitudes, truly exemplify a 5 Star hotel! Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication in continuing to make this a wonderful place to live…
Coachman Trails – Love this place!
My boyfriend and I have lived here since August of 2015 and we absolutely love it here! Maintenance has never hesitated to fix an issue we have had quickly and efficiently! Also, the office staff is amazing! They are very nice people as well as the people who live in this building! Thank you so much to the Coachman Trails staff for really making this place feel like a home!! 🙂
Very Well Maintained and Beautiful Place to Live
I moved into Parkside this past spring and I have to say I am very impressed with how well they maintain the yard, pool, and building here. This is my first apartment and I was worried because I have a large dog, and I have always heard my friends and family who live in apartments complain about how I takes weeks for them to send someone to fix a problem. Here at Parkside they respond immediately and have such amazing and friendly staff. I also love the paths and the yard around the buildings so I’m able to take my dog on short walks, with the luxury of clean up stations for my dogs mess. Above all I think the apartments are so cute and have large windows that allow us to use less electricity and the price is just right. We searched many places and debated applying but after seeing Parkside we knew right away! Come check it out I promise you wont be disappointed, even my large dog who has lived in houses for 5 years adapted immediately!

Woodridge: Great Place to Live
The staff in the office really makes this place so wonderful. Also, the maintenance crew is amazing, timely and friendly. We really appreciate the care put into our place and requests. The apartments are kept clean and same with the grounds. It is safe and nice
Eagle Creek: Amazing Place to Live
It’s great. The landlords are amazing. The neighborhood is quiet. They take really good care of the town homes.
Woodridge: Awesome Place
The thing I like best about living here is that you can have most big dogs in the building I live in hard to find anywhere else. Plus the area is very amazing.
Carver Lake: Management
Everyone that works at Carver Lake is so friendly!!! I turned in the move in check list on a Friday and I listed that there was a crack on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator and my outside patio light was not working. I just wanted it documented on the check list so management would know that I didn t break the shelf. The shelf was replaced in the refrigerator and the outside patio light was fixed the next Monday. I was so surprised that the shelf in the refrigerator was fixed because I wasn t expecting that. The mini blinds on the dining room window broke which was my fault and that was also fixed that next Monday. Amazing!!!
Highland Ridge: Great Place to Call Home
I moved here right out of high school, 9 years ago. I can’t believe its been that long but I’ve loved living here. Sure there have been a few bumps in the road; several staff changes, a few management changes, changes to the building etc but again, I’ve lived here 9 years – a lot happens in that time. The units are great, the maintenance staff is superb: Dan Wolf is the best maintenance man you’ll ever meet. He’s beyond knowledgeable, very funny, quick and gets his work done. Anytime anything has ever overflowed, leaked, stopped working etc, it gets fixed that day. These guys are good. They recently renovated and upgraded the apartments including mine – looks awesome. You’re going to pay a bit more but its worth it. Having the washer and dryer IN your unit saves so much time/money, not having to pay for water, trash, heat/AC is equally as amazing. The computer room (fax, printer, scanner is perfect for the full time college student like myself), party room and game room (which we’ve used a lot in the past 9 years!) pool, hot tub and sauna are amazing in the 10 months of winter we usually have, the BBQs and tables/chairs in the back are fun for small gatherings or just a nice fun dinner, the list goes on. The amenities if you use them, are well worth the price. All in all, I’ve had a great time living here. I’ll be sad to leave when I do but I’ll always have fun memories at Highland Ridge =)
