I have been a resident of E-Streets coming up on four years now! I can’t even tell you how much I love it here. The rooms are affordable, welcoming and beautiful. We have close proximity to Bethel, Northwestern, Traders and easy access to 35, 694 & 36. The property is well kept due to our awesome maintenance gal Amy. The property manager Chelsea is amazing as well. She responds quickly to emails, comments, concerns and questions. She hosts fun events for the students and she’s always looking for something new to add to the space. For instance, we just got a little library which is great to study in. The gym is my favorite with all the basic bells and whistles for a great workout and I have even rented out both party rooms for events. This place is the bomb for students!

The Madison Studios- Understanding and responsive
Took a big chance moving into a brand-new apartment building, but it paid off- The Madison Studios are clean, quiet, reasonably-priced, and the management is understanding and responsive. Would especially recommend the “Jr. One Bedroom” studio model- the partial wall between the living and sleeping areas provides separation without a separate room. The neighborhood is quiet and easy access to Crosby Farm Park is a great plus.
Riverview at Upper Landing- Memories that Will Last a Lifetime
We have lived here for almost two years now and are proud to call it home. It is clean, comfortable and affordable. The location of our building is great, right next to the river offering walking/biking paths, a large dog park, and a short walk away from downtown St. Paul. The entire staff at Riverview really goes above and beyond my expectations. They plan several events throughout the year such as wine tastings, holiday parties, and painting classes. The maintenance team is very prompt and helpful when requests are submitted. The facility also offers many great amenities such as a workout room, several grills, a party room and more. From raising our first puppy to getting engaged, we have shared many memories here at Riverview that will last a lifetime.
E Street Flats- Best Decision We Made
There were several factors that played into our decision to make E Street
Flats our home.
- I was looking for an affordable three bedroom option. Once the manager showed me the unit, I was impressed with the space, the lighting and the cleanliness. I told my husband I could envision the two of us living here.
- It is conveniently located close to Bethel. My husband was a student, so a fast and easy commute to school was high on the list.
- The property manager was a huge seller for me. I knew I could trust her and all the terms and conditions of the agreement were easy to follow. We knew exactly what we were getting with making E Street our home.
- The gym. As a trainer, having a quality workout area is top of my list. I love the layout and the equipment!
We spent month and months praying for an ideal location for my work and his schooling. After seeing the unit we would potentially live in, I told my husband that I felt like our prayers have been answered. We are meant to stay here. We’ve been here three years and it’s the best decision we made!
Woodstone- Couldn’t be happier
I couldn’t be happier…I searched for an affordable place close to the airport, and finally settled on Woodstone! Love the location, landscaping, amenities…staff is great and very responsive…maintenance requests, while few have been responded to within hours, including the replacement of my garbage disposal, which was done less than 4 hours after I mentioned it! Although it is an older wood framed building, it is relatively quiet, the neighbors have been friendly and mostly very reserved, I know that I will enjoy the underground/indoor parking in the winter…huge decks…the community grill has been well maintained despite almost nightly use since I’ve been here, and they replaced the older one with a new one just recently! There have been no “surprises” like in other complexes where I have rented…they genuinely care about taking care of and pleasing the tenants! The best thing is it didn’t take long for the management staff to know me by name! Check it out, I think you would be very pleased!
Woodridge- Great Place to Live!
We have lived in Woodridge for two years, and we love many things about it. The maintenance and office staff are friendly, kind, and efficient. The apartment is generally well cared for, with everything at a functional level and some things at a really great level. Our unit is really great for the price. The location is awesome, with access to major roads, a quick walk to Eagan Community Center, and a short drive to great restaurants. A wide variety of people from many different backgrounds lives here, and everyone is friendly to one another. Overall, no complaints – it’s been a good two years!
Lamplighter Village: Great Affordable Home in the City!
Moved in 3/1/15. The staff is wonderful! They are kind, helpful and friendly. When I moved in the apartment was sparkling and smelled great…a quality I had a hard time finding in pet friendly apartments. I love the big balcony and spacious rooms. The handle on the toilet was almost broken when I moved in, I called and that same day the maintenance came to fix it! There is a full-time grounds keeper and I am looking forward to seeing all the kids at the pool this summer! This is a family (including furry family) friendly complex. It is conveniently located…on busline. Close to shopping. Etc. Although this is an inner-city type of complex and some of the surrounding neighborhood is poor and run-down. Lamplighter Village is a little diamond in the rough, in my opinion. It is not high-end but it is clean, lovely and well maintained And Affordable! The residents are a mixture of friendly working class/family/young professionals and I love the diversity. Yep, Romeo and I already love it here! I think I made a good choice for my English Bulldog & me and I would recommend to friends.
Woodstone: Very Nice And Affordable Living
Woodstone provides an affordable, well-maintained living situation. You cannot beat the close to downtown St. Paul, yet picturesque riverfront location.
E Street Flats: Great Place For Students
E-Street is a great, affordable solution to student housing. The grounds of E-Street are well maintained (although winter snow removal could be a little better). No one can beat the free internet and cable, along with vending machines, gym, and plenty of socializing areas! The staff is great, when I first moved to E-Street from Cincinnati, OH I got lost and the building manager was able to talk me to E-Street over the phone! How many other places are you going to find with that kind of commitment to its residents and future residents?!?!
