I lived in Heritage Landing for over 4 years and loved it. I’m only moving out of this building because I’m moving out of state. The location provides access to the city’s hottest restaurants and bars within minutes. The grounds are kept spotless, so it’s a place where I was proud to show my family and friends who visited. My unit had tall ceilings and tons of windows, so I was able to view the city skyline from my apartment — what a treat! The staff is very responsive, accommodating, and fun, too. I highly recommend Heritage Landing for anyone looking to live in the heart of Minneapolis.
I have thoroughly enjoyed living at E Street Flats. Chelsea has been more than accommodating to everything we have needed. Every time I need clarification on something, Chelsea is available to answer my question. We had a troublesome leak at the beginning of the year and she did everything in her power to help us get it fixed as soon as possible. The rooms are great! The ONLY downfall is the countertop space and no dishwasher. Other than that, they are spacious and very modern. The exposed piping and ductwork makes you feel like you’re living in a downtown loft for a quarter of the price.
The Management Staff is very accommodating and friendly, maintenance is fast to act on normal issues and does affective repairs
Very well maintained property with excellent & accomodating staff. But if you live next door to bad-mannered kids that run up & down the stairs & jump of their beds early mornings up until 9pm, you will never sleep in again or have a quiet dinner & movie! The walls are very thin.
