I have lived here for 5 months. I came from owning my own home and living in the country. I have been pleasantly surprised all around. The staff is friendly and available, the maintenance dept. is extremely fast and knowledgeable. The apartment is nice and the area is convenient especially since the new shopping area was built.The underground parking is awesome. I feel safe walking in the area but more importantly I feel safe in my apartment and it feels like home.

Woodridge- Love the atmosphere
I have just renewed my 2nd year lease here. I love the atmosphere; the staff are friendly and helpful, the residents are friendly and the area is great! There are lots of parks and shops near by as well. The building is very well maintained and clean. I feel comfortable and at home here; which is great as this is my first home away from home.
Woodridge- All Around Satisfied!
I have lived in this complex for a little over a month now and I could not be more satisfied with my decision. The location is wonderful, the parking is plentiful, the complex has very nice/ quiet/ respectful residents, and the staff is wonderful; they work hard and are very time efficient and pleasant to be around. Every one on the board goes above and beyond to help you and to make sure you’re satisfied with everything. Thank you Woodridge!
Woodridge- Great Place to Live!
We have lived in Woodridge for two years, and we love many things about it. The maintenance and office staff are friendly, kind, and efficient. The apartment is generally well cared for, with everything at a functional level and some things at a really great level. Our unit is really great for the price. The location is awesome, with access to major roads, a quick walk to Eagan Community Center, and a short drive to great restaurants. A wide variety of people from many different backgrounds lives here, and everyone is friendly to one another. Overall, no complaints – it’s been a good two years!
Woodridge – Best Staff EVER!
We have lived in Woodridge for almost 5 years and love it. The building is clean, the grounds well-kept, and the staff is THE BEST. They have taken excellent care of us ever since we moved in; they are friendly and personable, and we never feel that they don’t care.
Maitenance is Awesome!
I have had a few minor repairs completed in my appartment but the maintenance guys are fast and get the job done right! I think all of the staff in the office are great too, very courteous. If I were to make any critiques it would be about the cleaning crew. My appartment was not very clean the day I moved in I basically redid everything. Our common areas such as the enterances, laundry room and hallways need more attention then they get now. It can be embarassing to bring guest over when they don’t want to hit the elevator button because it’s filthy. The lawn and pool area, however, are beautiful and well maintained.

There are many things I love about this apartment. The open space, dog run, garbage shoot, friendly staff, etc. I love living here. Most of the neighbors are very friendly a handful of them are a little sketchy domestic issues, creepy guys that make you feel uncomfortable. No matter where you live you’ll always have a little of that. Overall I highly recommend Woodridge Apartments. It is a beautiful, nice, clean, safe place to live.
