My husband and I (and our dog and cat), moved in over the weekend. We are really glad we were finally able to make the dates and availability work. Jodi, Krista and Jeff could not have made this easier. Northpointe is a great value and wonderful amenities. The various people we’ve met as we moved in answered any little logistical questions we had. We feel welcomed. We love our place and plan to be in the NorthPointe community a long time.

NorthPointe- Always impressed
I am always impressed by the management team and their follow up with residents about any concerns. I really enjoy living at NorthPointe and always tell people how impressively well maintained it is, and how responsive all the staff are. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue it has been addressed immediately. I love all the facilities especially the gym, indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and the heated underground parking is the icing on the cake! Thank you to all the staff for all your commitment and hard work!

NorthPointe- Very happy with my apartment
Many great things about NorthPointe! Jodi was a great help upon our lease signing and move-in; she is prompt answering emails/questions a new tenant might have. The grounds are always kept up nicely, maintenance guys are very friendly, convenient location, i almost never hear my neighbors while in my apt, the windows all have storm windows, i love that the pool area is open at all times- the whirlpool is a real treat after working long days, parking is great! Apartment was in great condition and very clean upon move-in. You can definitely see the difference in quality and reputation when comparing NorthPointe management to the standards of other large Milwaukee area property management companies. So glad i moved to NorthPointe!

The staff of NorthPointe Apartments have made my transition from homeowner to lease tenant very smooth. The building and grounds are extremely well kept and the staff always willing to help with any request. I love the amenities of this place as well. NorthPointe- I’m glad I chose to move here
I have lived here at NorthPointe for 18 years this March 6th 2017. I was a job transfer from Las Vegas to here, my background was in the Mortgage industry, and working with computers on the side.
When I first moved here in March of 1999 I was twenty-nine. I was one of if not the youngest person living there. I remember when I first moved in, there was these two senior women, who I loved to have conversations with, and they would always pinch my cheeks and tell me, I’m the nicest young man.
I enjoy going to the swimming pool late at night, and the hot tub always feels good.
I have even utilized the party room.
When I put in a work order, or call, the problem is usually fixed/repaired the same day, if not then the next day.
The management is on top of it, Melanie, and Jody, are great to talk to, and Jack the maintenance guy, is thorough with his work, he’s also a great to talk with.
They also through a few parties through out the year, including a couple outside BBQ’s.
There are so many things that I could go on and on.
Overall I’m glad that I chose to move here at NorthPointe.
NorthPointe- Great Place to Live
NorthPointe is a great place to live. I moved in right after I graduated from MSOE in 2015. It was a very easy process and the staff has been super helpful. The amenities for the value is right and everyone is friendly. It isn’t too far from downtown and all the stores, entertainment, and places to go are just minutes away. If you have the chance to move into NorthPointe you should take it.
NorthPointe- Never Want to Leave
I moved to Northpointe 14 months ago. I moved here because of the amenities. I was not disappointed. Many residents I have spoken with over the last year have agreed. Most people I have spoken to have been here for YEARS! The pool, cyber lounge, gym, and common room are well maintained and kept very clean. The staff in the management office are friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are are dealt with quickly and efficiently. I never want to move again!!
NorthPointe- Enjoying Life
I want to say how happy my wife and I are at Northpointe Apartments . After living in a house all my life, I was very doubtful that I could make the transition. Boy, was I wrong! This place is incredible! Every staff member I consider “family”. From the office to the building maintenance, everyone is truly awesome. I frequently recommend Northpointe to people looking for a place to call “home”. We are looking forward to many more years enjoying life right here!
NorthPointe- Terrific Value
After a shift in my life path, I found myself eager to move from rural NE Wisconsin back to city living. I knew I would need to live in an apartment to swing that goal. Finding one that could accommodate my pets and me in comfort was a challenge. NorthPointe hit all but one of my needs (location to my office) and even that one is not bad, just further than I wanted. The entire staff has been very welcoming and any maintenance requests I have had have been handled cheerfully and efficiently. I very much enjoy the property and the amenities and find this place a terrific value.
