Beautifully updated apartment complex. It is located in the middle of a well maintained, park-like rental neighborhood; about 8 minutes southeast of the Highland Park Village. The apartments are modern and spacious. The prices may be higher in comparison to the neighboring apartment buildings, but the amenities are spectacular (indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, business center, small theater and party room… just to name a few). Did I mention the in-unit stackable washer/dryers? The staff is kind and helpful. The inner courtyard seems like a wonderful place to read a book. There a surface parking lots available for no extra cost, but there is also the option of underground garage spots for a fee (depending on availability).

Highland Ridge- Great place to live!
I’ve lived at Highland Ridge for a total of five years, some time in both buildings. I love living here. The view is beautiful from the apartment and I enjoy the balcony tremendously. The building is quiet and smoke free. The staff and maintenance personnel are professional and friendly and fix things immediately. I enjoy my neighbors as well, who are quiet, friendly and diverse in terms of age, professions, cultural backgrounds, and family status. It’s near a gorgeous park where I often walk and a wonderful cooperative for food, as well as easy access to St. Paul and Minneapolis. Thanks!

Highland Ridge: Liz Oxendale Has Made Our Experience at Highland Ridge Excellent!
When we initially looked at the apartment building, Liz gave us a tour. We have now lived here for almost a year, and Liz has bent-over-backwards to make this an enjoyable place to live for us. She greets us in the hallways, returns our emails extremely fast, and sends the maintenance man quickly to our apartment if we are ever in need of having something fixed. No matter what the issue has been (and there haven’t been many) she has always been so cheerful and helpful, and she has really made this a great place for us to live. Not only has she been very approachable if there is ever a problem, but she has been a cheerful person to talk to, and always asks how we are enjoying our apartment. Every apartment complex needs a leasing agent like Liz!
Highland Ridge: So Far So Good, Love the Maintenance and Everything About It!
Its a great place filled with staff members who care about you. Neighbors are really friendly and if you need help, they will usually help you with something. Rent is somewhat high but you really get what you pay for. The rent price is worth it! The 24 hour business center is also a huge plus for students (like me). The gaming room is also awesome because it is available 24-7. My fiancee and I always go down there to play pool and afterwards relax in the hot tub. Highland Ridge is awesome not only because of its services and quality, but the surrounding area isn’t to bad. Its pretty close to everything and is smack dab in the middle. The grounds are very very lovely too. its nice to be able to walk outside in the morning with my cup of coffee and enjoy the scenery.
Highland Ridge: Great Place to Live!
Highland Ridge is well maintained and a great place to live. The outside grounds are always well kept with a nice patio and several plants, flowers, and grass for your animals. In addition, the maintenance is second to none. You submit the requests online and it has never taken more than a day for someone to come fix or assess the problem. The staff is really helpful, and the many amenities offered are also great pool, hot tub, sauna, grills, workout facilities, movie room, etc . The only complaint I have is that sometimes you can hear neighbors upstairs, but this was not a constant problem. Everything else was great. I highly recommend.

I feel safe, I really love the sound barrier between each apartment, the neighborhood is nice to walk my small dog in, Staff is very responsive to your problems. Been here three years and don’t plan on moving..
Highland Ridge: Excellent Atmosphere with Extremely Helpful Management, WILL Renew My Lease.
Living at Highland Ridge is a wonderful place to live. The building is kept up and cleaned very nicely and it is like being at a hotel. The new management at Highland Ridge has gone above and beyond to make living here enjoyable. I have had a few great experiences working with Robin in the office – she has been helpful, professional and very responsive. Also, they do a great job keeping the building up-to-date, clean, smelling fresh and most importantly, safe. I have not had to worry about anything apartment related since I moved in and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to live in a nice apartment. The other residents are all friendly and I have not had any issues with any of my neighbors.
Highland Ridge: Great Place to Call Home
I moved here right out of high school, 9 years ago. I can’t believe its been that long but I’ve loved living here. Sure there have been a few bumps in the road; several staff changes, a few management changes, changes to the building etc but again, I’ve lived here 9 years – a lot happens in that time. The units are great, the maintenance staff is superb: Dan Wolf is the best maintenance man you’ll ever meet. He’s beyond knowledgeable, very funny, quick and gets his work done. Anytime anything has ever overflowed, leaked, stopped working etc, it gets fixed that day. These guys are good. They recently renovated and upgraded the apartments including mine – looks awesome. You’re going to pay a bit more but its worth it. Having the washer and dryer IN your unit saves so much time/money, not having to pay for water, trash, heat/AC is equally as amazing. The computer room (fax, printer, scanner is perfect for the full time college student like myself), party room and game room (which we’ve used a lot in the past 9 years!) pool, hot tub and sauna are amazing in the 10 months of winter we usually have, the BBQs and tables/chairs in the back are fun for small gatherings or just a nice fun dinner, the list goes on. The amenities if you use them, are well worth the price. All in all, I’ve had a great time living here. I’ll be sad to leave when I do but I’ll always have fun memories at Highland Ridge =)
