We lived in one of the 3-bedroom town homes for two years. You absolutely can’t beat the price for all the space you get. Amazing location in an awesome little downtown, excellent maintenance & office staff. The pet-friendliness was a must have for us. Wonderfully diverse community, lots of young families (i.e. many kids around but are friendly and well-behaved).

This apartment complex is so close to a park and ride (right across the street) and a Chipotle (just a block away). Bike trails, a movie theatre, and groceries are all minutes (by foot or car) away, making the price and location especially remarkable.

It s like a little private universe all its own. Everybody on staff is super well versed on all aspects of the mini community here on these 2 Hopkins blocks. We are treated with warmth and respect. So many families all well behaving together.!!! LOL!!! TRACE MAKE my day and after my sons super creative introduction of Apollo 13 our service dog residents all call him by name and have discontinued to instantly jump back 15 feet when crossing paths. Hes getting used to it here with not too much yard or being able to put his head on couch and stare out living room window for each family member coming home…we re working on barking..As best we can .I ll bear with us…everything is so clean and it has a almost hotel housekeeping staff ambience. Around here. I m really pinching myself each day to see if it s really true I m living so nicely. Thanks so much Tyler for fast perfection of maintenance for us.

It’s quiet and management is responsive. The neighborhood is great and it is so close to so many things. Plus it’s just a hop to the freeway system.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The townhome is very nice and quiet. Parking leaves something to be desired and the grounds look tacky but the neighborhood seems nice enough. Connecting to the freeways is very easy and close from here.

Local Management are professional and considerate. The current maintenance man is knowledgeable and experienced. There is an enjoyable cultural mix of residents. People are friendly. The grounds are well-maintained. Management arranges some enjoyable social events for the residents. Hopkins is a pleasant city in which to reside; there are some very enjoyable local activities and events, such as the arts center, the movie theater, various retail shops, the library, the grocery store, restaurants, the city park with band shell, the summer farmers market, which are all within walking distance of Hopkins Plaza.

Great location! Hopkins is a fun city and small so its easy to get around. There are community activities, a variety of restaurants, a good movie theater with low cost tickets, the arts center is awesome -great entertainment and community classes. Hopkins is the home of a top quality public performing arts high school, Main Street School of Performing Arts. There are quality car repair shops, storage facilities, banks, grocery store (Driskills), exercise places, hair salons, small fun shops, a variety of businesses such as acupuncture, massage, accountants, dentists, Hopkins Vision Clinic, ACE Hardware, and more. Its close to HI 7 & Knollwood Mall; its off Excelsior Blvd., giving access to many St. Louis Park businesses including Methodist Hospital & Park Nicollet Clinic; & its very close to HI 169. In the complex, they take very good care of the outdoor swimming pool. Snow-removal efforts are excellent – they keep the walk ways cleared and salted. I’ve lived here for 5 years now & I’ve met some wonderful neighbors. Throughout the year there are several fun activities for the residents to get to know each other and local city service personnel often attend. Stuart Co Mgmt and our local mgmt work hard to provide a quality place for residents to call home.
