For the price and area, it is a nice place to live. Management has always been very friendly. No real issues with any neighbors other than you can hear almost everything. Building tends to be smelly from animals and needs to be kept cleaner in the hallways but again, it’s not a bad place for the price. Been drama free, crime free, residents and management are friendly.
