I posted a lengthy message on facebook page some months ago. NorthPointe Apartments is surely one of Milwaukee County’s best kept secrets. We moved here in December of 2005, and have loved it and its people from Day One. People care for each other: greeting each other in hallways and elevators, in the swimming pool area, and during community-wide functions, such as picnics and holiday parties.. People show respect for quiet times for the most part, and help each other when needs arise. Amenities include a large, well-maintained community room, an outdoor picnic area, grassy area for simple games, and a tennis court. The building also houses a small free lending library; a computer area with free wi-fi; a large indoor heated swimming pool available 24/7, and a hot tub and sauna. The building also includes two exercise areas, one with simple weight machines and one for cardio workouts. Staff includes friendly and helpful management and maintenance staff, both accessible 24/7 in case of emergencies. Near by, residents enjoy access to a small shopping mall with a grocery store (Pick N Save), an office supply store, a craft store, several clothing and other retail shops, and a hair salon. A few blocks away a walking trail and bike trail beacon. Residents have a choice of either underground or parking lot parking spaces, and for those who prefer, the Milwaukee Transit Bus system offers service one block away. Come see, enjoy a visit, and then sign and lease and enjoy all these people and these wonderful amenities.
