The one thing I would keep an eye on is the snow plowing in the parking lot. It’s awful and my husband has been stuck in a parking place one than once. We have also had some issues with outside vendors having to access our home for other unit’s issues and leaving it a mess and trying to access our home without permission. Management has assisted us in addressing the issue and making sure no one tries to access our home without setting up an appointment.
