I would tell them it is a wonderful community to be a part of. There are a lot of resident activities I would not have thought would occur at an apartment complex, nor have I ever lived in an apartment complex that encouraged community gatherings like Greenfield does. I would also say, I wish the cost of renting wasn’t going up so high because I would definitely stay here if I didn’t know having a mortgage payment would be cheaper than renting at this point.
