There really is a sense of community at Greenfield. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments where the closest you get to know your neighbor is saying hello at the mailbox. At Greenfield, both the staff and other residents go out of their way to invite people to social events (either hosted by the Staff or sometimes even the neighbors in the community shared areas like the party room, outdoor pool, or barbeque). Indoor parking is always a plus in Minnesota and they have plenty of parking for guests without the need for worrying about parking passes or getting towed. Finally I would say, that if you do have questions or problems, Greenfield is quick to respond – whether its a maintenance issue, billing problem, or question on renting the party room.
