The staff are friendly and helpful. The building is clean and super quiet. The extra touches like the marble countertops, stainless steel appliances the the neutral colors are a huge plus. Not to mention that any sort of shop, store, or restaurant is within walking distance. 35W and 494 are within a block of Genesee. It’s the perfect location.
