If you are looking for a place perfectly located between St. Paul and Minneapolis, the plaza is for you. It is awesome to be able to drive anywhere in 10 minutes or so. It’s especially perfect if people want that neighborhood atmosphere. The amenities like airport transfers, pool access, fitness center, and amazing management would be my sole reason for moving in.
