This is the only low income housing that actually repairs things and doesn’t try to charge you for it. They have actually updated things here. Parking is an issue in only that other residents, or their visitors think because your space is empty they can use it. Putting a note on the car, giving the office a call and telling them their is a car in the space, takes care of it. But then again someone parks there again later. And nothing can be done but for you to put a note on a weekend. This makes it a problem when my guests want to use my space.
